Timings are not provided due to the interactive nature of the workshop. Usually we start at 8h30, take a 45 minute lunch break and aim finish each day at 17h00 (tea/coffee breaks are short too). After all, this workshop is about changing habits and increasing the urgency. Occasionally we finish later as the groups enter into serious discussions on various topics.
